Why is she on the list
Participation and complicity in the activities of an organized criminal group, established for the purpose of committing systematic crimes against the foundations of the constitutional order and state security, state power and interests of state service, justice, as well as against peace and security.

Based on media publications, Olga Yurievna Golodets may be suspected of abuse of power and using her official position for personal gain, in particular by assisting in her promotion on the basis of family ties.

While working for Norilsk Nickel, Olga Golodets used the pension fund to pay lifetime pensions of 100-200 thousand rubles to former board members. At the same time, the amount of her own pension payments assigned by her was 200 thousand rubles monthly.

In 2015, Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky decided to replace the director of the Tretyakov Gallery, Zelfira Tregulova became the new head, and Olga Golodets’ daughter, Tatiana Mrdulash, became her advisor.

Possible Violations of Law
The actions of Olga Yuryevna Golodets may contain elements of the following crimes under the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation:
