UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson is working on a plan to help him survive as head of government following a probe into parties his office allegedly held in breach of Covid-19 rules, The Independent has reported.
The prime minister, who is reportedly personally involved in drawing up the plan, dubbed it “Operation Save Big Dog,” the paper reported on Friday. The scheme allegedly involves a major “root and branch” government reshuffle, which was already flagged by other British media but also includes a list of other officials that should resign over what has since become known as ‘Partygate’.
The list allegedly includes Dan Rosenfield, Johnson’s chief of staff, and Martin Reynolds, his private secretary, among others. Downing Street also supposedly believes at least one senior political appointee and a senior official will have to go for Johnson himself to stay in power, according to two Whitehall sources cited by The Independent.
Such personnel decisions would be a “bare minimum to translate contrition into action,” a former Tory cabinet minister told the paper. Letting heads roll is not the only way for Johnson to mitigate the fallout from an internal inquiry launched by senior civil servant Sue Gray in the wake of the scandal, however.
The ‘Save Big Dog’ plan would also see ministers supporting Johnson with public interviews praising his achievements and “difficult choices” made during the Covid-19 pandemic. The scheme also includes discovering how much support Johnson’s potential rivals within the Tories could command among the backbenchers.
The list of leadership rivals includes Chancellor Rishi Sunak, Foreign Secretary Liz Truss, and even former health secretary Jeremy Hunt, The Independent reports, adding, however, that Hunt is unlikely to drum up enough support to win the race.
Although the paper reported that cabinet officials referred to the scheme by its ‘Operation Save Big Dog’ code name, Downing Street did not comment on the existence of the plan. “We absolutely do not recognize this phrase,” a spokesperson told The Independent.
The news emerges amid a scandal prompted by media reports about Johnson’s office holding a number of parties in April 2021. Held in breach of the nation’s Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, the parties also occurred just one night before the funeral of the Queen’s husband, Prince Philip.
Downing Street issued an apology to Buckingham Palace but it is unclear if it admitted that the gatherings were in breach of Covid-19 rules. An internal inquiry was launched into a number of the alleged parties. Police said they would wait for the internal inquiry results before deciding if they should open a criminal case as well.

Microsoft announced it has hired a law firm to review how the company handled sexual harassment allegations against some of its top executives – including founder Bill Gates – and is expected to release its findings in the spring.
The review will be conducted by Washington, D.C.-based Arent Fox LLP, which the board of directors selected because it has experience in dealing with sexual harassment allegations and has not conducted much work with the company in the past.
After the law firm’s findings go public, Microsoft is set to release a report detailing its sexual harassment investigations and what, if any, actions were taken as a result.
The company has been swamped with sexual harassment allegations against Gates going back to 2000.
He stepped down from the company amid an investigation into one of his relationships with a former employee in 2020, and on May 3, 2021, he announced his divorce to his longtime wife, Melinda French Gates.
A few weeks later, The New York Times published an expose detailing how Gates sexually harassed several of his employees and remained a loyal friend to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein three years after he was convicted of soliciting prostitution from a minor.

Three quarters of 100 Japanese firms that are critical to the nation’s economic security see uncertainty in U.S.-China relations as the most pressing concern regarding economic security, a survey conducted by the Asia Pacific Initiative showed. Disorder in the Court is a 1936 short subject directed by Preston Black starring American slapstick comedy team The Three Stooges. It is the 15th entry in the series released by Columbia Pictures starring the comedians, who released 190 shorts for the studio between 1934 and 1959. The Stooges are key witnesses at a murder trial. Their friend and colleague, Gail Tempest (Suzanne Kaaren), is a dancer at the Black Bottom cafe where the Stooges are musicians. She is accused of killing Kirk Robin (a play on “Who Killed Cock Robin?”).
The Stooges harass the defense attorney (Bud Jamison) in Disorder in the Court When the Stooges are called to the witness stand, they are nowhere to be found. The defense attorney (Bud Jamison) goes out into the hall only to find the Stooges playing jacks and tic-tac-toe simultaneously on the floor. After considerable mutual frustration, the court finally swears in Curly, who begins to describe the events that took place on the night of the murder. He offers to show the court exactly what happened. The Stooges and Tempest are part of a musical act; Tempest and the Stooges break into their musical routine to prove this, with Larry on violin, Moe on harmonica, and Curly on both spoons and upright bass while Tempest dances.
The act is interrupted when Larry unknowingly mistakes a man’s toupée for a tarantula and Moe subsequently takes the guard’s gun and starts shooting the toupée, causing pandemonium in the court. Moe and then Curly re-enact the actual murder (with Curly on the receiving end). Moe then looks at the parrot, who was at the murder scene, and sees a note tied to the parrot’s foot. He opens the parrot cage, and the parrot flies out after it scratches Moe’s finger. The Stooges eventually capture the bird by shooting water at it through a fire hose. Moe then reads the letter out loud and reveals that it is a confession from the real murderer, Buck Wing, which finally proves Tempest’s innocence. The note also said that Buck Wing will disappear. The Stooges and Gail Tempest were going to get their picture taken; however, the fire hose, which Curly tied up earlier, explodes and sprays water everywhere.

The European Union will reportedly stage a far-reaching cyber security exercise intended to prepare for an attack on its distribution networks. (Bloomberg report)
Originally proposed by France, the drill is intended as a “stress test” to largely simulate a supply chain breach across Europe. The bloc will then coordinate diplomatic and public responses to the mock attacks, as well as to “spillover socio-economic effects in other member states.”
The hacks will be modeled on past cyber attacks, or those thought to be likely in the future, in order to be “as realistic as possible,” according to a document cited in the report.
The exercise is supposed start sometime in the coming days and will continue for six weeks.

According to a Georgetown University meta-study, China is leading the way in publishing research on visual surveillance of populations, one of the most controversial areas of biometrics.
Coincidentally, the specialists report on the direct sale of visual surveillance systems to reactionary sections of the Iranian government by one of China’s most successful system manufacturers.
According to a report published by Research and Markets, visual surveillance is only a small part of the global market for biometrics-based social credit infrastructure, which is expected to reach $16.1 billion in three years.
The report claims that artificial intelligence will enable “near-flawless identification and tracking” of people and objects within that timeframe.
If, as is generally the case, research levels correlate with technology and product development, China has a global advantage in visual surveillance markets.
According to Georgetown’s research, China has about as many totalitarian technologies as the United States, India, Australia, Italy, Canada, Singapore, Germany, France and South Korea combined. And while China’s share of relevant research reports increased from 2015 to 2019, the US-dominated group remained constant.
The Georgetown analysis is English-language meta-research, i.e. a study of studies that draws conclusions from trends in publications on a particular topic. In this case, two analysts from the university’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology focused specifically on visual surveillance.
They looked at papers published between 2015 and 2019 (and often compared data from each of those years in isolation).
Taking a step back, they find that visual surveillance accounts for only six per cent of global computer vision research. This may be because there are few governments compared to the myriad commercial buyers and developers.
Within this microcosm, however, Chinese researchers produced one-third of the visual surveillance work (as well as one-third of the total computer vision pie) during the period studied.
And they dominate in research on biometric re-identification, crowd counting and facial spoofing detection – three areas at the core of modern population surveillance.
The market report projects that cameras and other optical devices will account for $723 million in social credit revenue by 2026. But who are the potential buyers of social credit infrastructure?
Chinese sales of optical surveillance systems in Iran are a case in point. Both countries are ruled by rigid autocracies that survive in large part by personally monitoring every individual within their borders.
According to IPVM, China-based Tiandy sells systems to, among others, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (Sepâh), which is subordinate to the Iranian government.
The Revolutionary Guard’s sole mandate is to protect Iran’s political system, and some observers believe it could be more powerful than the religious zealots it was created to protect. The Revolutionary Guard has been the subject of US sanctions for more than a decade.
Tiandy, with annual revenues of $688 million in 2020, as reported by security publisher a&s, has reportedly been involved in several projects in Iran. Tiandy may be the only major Chinese manufacturer of visual surveillance products with a physical presence in Iran that sells to the government.
According to IPVM, the company signed a five-year partnership agreement with an Iranian distributor in November to sell visual surveillance systems.
Its reporters have previously written that Tiandy sells biometric systems used for “tracking Uighurs and assessing minorities”. The Uighurs are an ethnic and religious minority in China feared and persecuted by Beijing.

The first was the similarly titled, “Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet” (1962) assembled by director Curtis Harrington for producer Roger Corman. “Voyage to the Planet of the Prehistoric Women” was confabulated by Peter Bogdanovich using the pseudonym, Derek Thomas. Working under the dictum that American International would buy “Planet” if it had some women in it, he inserted new footage featuring Mamie Van Doren, a bevy of nubile cuties in white hot pants, and additional scenes from the Americanized version of another Soviet film, “Nebo Zovet,” (“The Heavens Beckon”) from 1962. This film has been knocking around for years in a horribly faded version. I’ve attempted to upgrade it by reconstructing it from the best publicly available sources. First of all, I need to disavow the bizarre story that Pathecolor was some sort of tinting process. Pathecolor was a variant of Eastmancolor (Kodak), and was capable of stunning color.
The stylish Poe adaptions by Roger Corman come to mind. Unfortunately, Eastmancolor has proven to be quite unstable over the years, losing density in its yellow and cyan layers until nothing exists but a washed out magenta. The 16mm print used for the generally available transfer, is a prime example of color fading, and of a misguided attempt to equalize its color by adding cyan. The original “Planeta Bur” was probably filmed in Sovcolor (really Agfacolor from the World War II era). Though not capable of the range, subtlety or consistency of Eastmancolor, it did have a pleasing and vibrant color pallet of its own. So here is a by no means perfect, but hopefully, much better presentation of “Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women.” Thanx and a tip o’ the hat to Peter Bogdanovich, Roger Corman, Pavel Klushantsev, Mamie Van Doren.

Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci have become household names in the U.S., their largely sterling reputations protected by a heavily biased press. Less known is the deep partnership between the two — the culmination of which has created a formidable public-private partnership that wields incredible power over the American public, along with global health and food policies.
You can read all of the details in Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s bestselling book, “The Real Anthony Fauci,” which contains more than 2,200 footnotes backing up its data. It exposes the connection between Gates and Fauci, as well as how Gates patterned his rise to control after John Rockefeller’s empire.
In 1913, Rockefeller created the Rockefeller Foundation, which is largely responsible for creating the Big Pharma-controlled medical paradigm that exists today. The foundation imbued its philosophy, precepts and ideologies into the League of Nations Health Organization, which turned into the World Health Organization.
Now, Gates contributes to WHO via multiple avenues, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) as well as GAVI, which was founded by the Gates Foundation in partnership with WHO, the World Bank and various vaccine manufacturers. Together, this makes Gates WHO’s No. 1 funder.
How Gates Used Rockefeller’s Business Model
Inspired by Rockefeller’s business model, Bill and Melinda Gates donated $36 billion worth of Microsoft stock to the BMGF between 1994 and 2018. Gates also created a separate entity, Bill Gates Investments (BGI), which manages his personal wealth and his foundation’s corpus.
BGI predominantly invests in multinational food, agriculture, pharmaceutical, energy, telecom and tech companies with global operations. Federal tax laws require the BMGF to give away a portion of its foundation assets annually to qualify for tax exemption.
Gates strategically targets BMGF’s charitable gifts to give him control of the international health and agricultural agencies and the media, allowing him to dictate global health and food policies so as to increase profitability of the large multinationals in which he and his foundation hold large investment positions.
As was the case with Rockefeller, whose wealth only grew after his Standard Oil Company was forced to split into 34 different companies, Gates’ strategic gifts have only magnified his wealth. Gates’ personal net worth grew from $63 billion in 2000 to $129.6 billion in 2021,1 his wealth expanding by $23 billion during the 2020 lockdowns alone.2
How Gates Controls the WHO
How does a private citizen, not an elected official, gain so much control over a global health agency like WHO? When it was founded, WHO could decide how to distribute its contributions. Now, 70% of its budget is tied to specific projects, countries or regions, which are dictated by the funders.3 As such, Gates’ priorities are the backbone of WHO, and it wasn’t a coincidence when he said of WHO, “Our priorities, are your priorities.”4
As of 2018, the cumulative contributions from the Gates Foundation and GAVI made “Gates the unofficial top sponsor of the WHO, even before the Trump administration’s 2020 move to cut all his support to the organization,” according to Kennedy. “Plus, Gates also routes funding to WHO through SAGE [Strategic Advisory Group of Experts] and UNICEF and Rotary International bringing his total contributions to over $1 billion.”
These tax-deductible donations give Gates both leverage and control over international health policy, “which he largely directs to serve the profit interest of his pharma partners.”
Further, “Gate’s vaccine obsession has diverted WHO’s program contributions from poverty alleviation, nutrition and clean water to make vaccine uptake its preeminent public health metric. And Gates is not afraid to throw his weight around,” according to Kennedy. “… The sheer magnitude of his foundation’s financial contributions has made Bill Gates an unofficial — albeit unelected — leader of the WHO.” Gates’ power has grown further due to his decades long partnership with Fauci.
Fauci’s Immense Power
Alone, both Gates and Fauci wield immense power in their fields. Together, they’re a formidable, if unfortunately nefarious, force.
As the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) — part of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) — “Fauci has a $6.1 billion budget that he distributes to colleges and universities to do drug research for various diseases,” Kennedy says. “He has another $1.7 billion that comes from the military to do bioweapons research.”5
This is where Fauci’s power lies: in his capacity to fund, arm, pay, maintain and effectively deploy a large and sprawling standing army. The NIH alone controls an annual $37 billion budget distributed in over 50,000 grants supporting over 300,000 positions globally in medical research.6
The thousands of doctors, hospital administrators, health officials and research virologists whose positions, careers and salaries depend on AIDS dollars flowing from Dr. Fauci, Gates and the Wellcome Trust (Great Britain’s version of the Gates Foundation) are the officers and soldiers in a mercenary army that functions to defend all vaccines and Dr. Fauci’s HIV/AIDS doxologies.
Along with Gates, Fauci had the power to influence funding of U.S. foreign aid to Africa for AIDS, prioritizing that for vaccines and drugs instead of nutrition, sanitation and economic development. Yet, Fauci and his team, funded by Gates, have never created a vaccine for AIDS, despite squandering billions of dollars, and causing uncounted human carnage. In 2020, many of the Gates/Fauci HIV vaccine trials in Africa suddenly became COVID-19 vaccine trials.7
As explained in Kennedy’s book, HIV provided Gates and Fauci a beachhead in Africa for their new brand of medical colonialism and a vehicle for the partners to build and maintain a powerful global network that came to include heads of state, health ministers, international health regulators, the WHO, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, key leaders from the financial industry and military officials who served as command center of the burgeoning Biosecurity Apparatus.
Their foot soldiers were the army of frontline virologists, vaccinologists, clinicians and hospital administrators who relied on their largesse and acted as the community-based ideological commissars of this crusade.
Fauci ‘Enthusiastic’ About Gates COVID Partnership
April 1, 2020, Fauci spoke with Gates on the phone, according to emails released in 2021. Fauci referred to the phone call in an email to Emilio Emini, the director of the Gates Foundation’s tuberculosis and HIV program, stating, “As I had mentioned to Bill yesterday evening, I am enthusiastic about moving towards a collaborative and hopefully synergistic approach to COVID-19.”8
The email was part of 3,000 emails obtained via a FOIA public records request by the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN). Despite having no medical degree, Gates has been granted direct access to top government health officials, who regard him as a public health authority. In June 2021, Daily Mail reported:
“The Gates Foundation has committed at least $1.75 billion toward the global effort to fight the pandemic — a sum that opened doors at the highest levels of government. Following Fauci’s phone call with Gates, the Gates Foundation executive Emini emailed him to follow up and ask ‘how we can coordinate and cross inform each other’s activities.’
‘There’s an obvious need for coordination among the various primary funders or the focus we need to have given the state of the pandemic will become lost through uncoordinated activities,’ Emini wrote.”
Fauci also said he would facilitate a call between Emini and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA),10 which provides funding for vaccine and drug development, promoting “the advanced development of medical countermeasures to protect Americans and respond to 21st century health security threats.”

China Evergrande Group shares have been suspended from trading on Monday pending the release of “inside information”, the embattled property developer said without elaborating. Evergrande, the world’s most indebted developer, is struggling to repay more than $300 billion in liabilities, including nearly $20 billion of international market bonds that were deemed to be in cross-default by ratings firms last month after it missed payments. The property developer missed new coupon payments worth $255 million due last Tuesday, though both have a 30-day grace period. The firm has set up a risk management committee with many members from state companies, and said it would actively engage with its creditors. Local media reported over the weekend a city government in the Chinese resort island of Hainan had ordered Evergrande on Dec. 30 to demolish its 39 residential buildings within 10 days, due to illegal construction. The buildings stretched over 435,000 square meters, the reports added, citing an official notice to Evergrande’s unit in Hainan. Evergrande did not respond to request for comment on the Hainan development. On Friday, Evergrande dialled back plans to repay investors in its wealth management products, saying each investor in its wealth management product could expect to receive 8,000 yuan ($1,257) per month as principal payment for three months irrespective of when the investment matures. The move highlights the deepening liquidity squeeze at the property developer.”The market is watching the asset disposal progress from Evergrande to repay its debt, but the process will take time,” said Conita Hung, investment strategy director at Tiger Faith Asset Management.”And the demolition order in Hainan will hurt the little homebuyer confidence remained in the company.”Evergrande said last week 91.7% of its national projects have resumed construction after three months of effort. Many projects were halted previously after the developer failed to pay its many suppliers and contractors. Shares of Evergrande shed 89% last year, closing at HK$1.59 on Friday.
