The use of RNA vaccines to control the human brain, explained by a CIA neurobiology expert at a conference at West Point Military Academy
Independent journalist Guy Boulianne has unearthed a very important piece of information about the possibility of using RNA vaccines to manipulate our brains. This hypothesis did not come from a big-talking conspiracy theorist: it was a CIA neurobiology expert who presented it at West Point Military Academy.

On June 13, 2018, Dr. Charles Morgan, a neurobiology expert from Yale University, DARPA, and the CIA, gave a lecture to students at West Point Military Academy (USMA). He spoke about the ability to alter DNA for mind control purposes. [1] Dr. Morgan shows and explains to elite U.S. military students how technologies known by the acronyms CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Spaced Short Palindromic Repeats) and DREADDS (Designer Receptor Exclusively Activated by Designer Drugs) can “design” anything.

Dr. Morgan shows how DREADDS can be “infused” into human DNA to control our behavior. These designer receptors, activated exclusively by designer drugs, can generate new cells. They can create new memories and behaviors in their subjects. They can also use them to erase or even alter your memory. CRISPR technology can be used to kill only certain races of people through DNA editing.

Dr. Morgan tells students at Modern War University at West Point that “the technology called CRISPR makes a number of things instantly available … You can design anything. You can design a single thing that would only kill one. What you do when you create plasmids and put them into cells, it sends a signal and tells which part of the DNA to unroll, unfold and produce a product. That’s the future of medicine.”

Dr. Morgan asks, “What could you do with this technology if you were in the security and intelligence field?” The cells “can be designed for specific activities and purposes. They can be strategically placed. They can be controlled remotely. So these cell controls “can have things activated in other people’s brains.”

In 2011, cellular-level technology seemed to control “the programmed delivery of information on demand.” By 2018, the power to replace a person’s own memories and decisions with the surrogate reality of controllers through blood, brain, and cells was already beyond any behavioral conditioning by cell phones. For Dr. Morgan, the new capabilities lead to improvements in delivery and completeness. “Why have a digital system when you can have a DNA system?” he asks.

Dr. Morgan is quite explicit in his slide presentation, “Cells can be designed for specific activities and goals. Cells can be strategically placed. They can be controlled remotely.” The new technology allows his controllers to “activate things in other people’s brains.” Further, the physician, who now teaches at the University of New Haven, envisions how the combination of “DNA systems” with “quantum computing” can form “a really quite amazing, yet deadly threat.” Thus, Pfizer and Moderna’s dose may be reaching an endpoint in the global agenda of those in power. The COVID vaccine is an mRNA vaccine that is a brand new type that has never been approved, licensed, and widely distributed before. It changes your body’s DNA and replicates and controls your body. It is extremely dangerous in many ways. Dr. Morgan reveals that they can now store and hide images and movies in DNA and bacteria, he also says that just 1 gram of human DNA can store the equivalent of 7 billion iPADS, think about that, just 1 gram, that is absolutely amazing!!!! He says that the information and images can also be stored in bacteria on the human body, which can then be placed in a dish, and when the same bacteria reproduce, their offspring will also be encoded with the same information. He also says that it is possible to program a cell and direct it to any part of the body, including the brain, which can then also be reprogrammed and controlled by an outside force.

This means that the Covid-19 vaccine can incorporate all of the technologies that you will hear about in this video. The precision level of this technology is such that miniature nanorobots the size of dust particles can be programmed to attack any part of the body to deliver a payload or virus directly into the bloodstream, organs, brain, eyes, and so on. It can also lie dormant in any part of the body and remain there unnoticed until the appropriate electronic signal is delivered to reactivate it.

As the owner of the End Times Watchman channel writes, “If you are a Christian, you should know that these vaccines allow the Luciferians to alter your DNA and change your perception of God. In fact, you will be programmed to hate Him! The Bible warns that the nations and peoples of the earth will hate Biblical Christianity and persecute Bible-believing Christians, and so it will. They will change the perception of anyone who takes these demonic DNA-altering vaccines. This is a spiritual war, it was predicted in the Bible almost 2000 years ago and is now unfolding before our eyes! It is also worth noting that they can DELETE memories and install FALSE ones, imagine if this is used to deceive the people of Earth into worshipping the Beast, and of course it will, because that is exactly what it was created to do.”

Michael Yeadon, a former Pfizer employee and researcher, along with German physician Wolfgang Wodarg, recently sent a petition to the European Medicines Agency (EMA) urging the EMA to stop clinical trials of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine. They said the vaccine could block a protein critical to the formation of a placenta, and doctors said this “could lead to infertility in vaccinated women.” Therefore, it is possible that another goal of the vaccine is to prevent the birth of new Caucasians – a goal that China, Bill Gates and George Soros are trying to achieve.

Dr. Charles Morgan reports on mainland China’s progress in DNA manipulation. He envisions “quantum computing” combined with such manipulation. “So that’s where the race is … The fusion of DNA systems with quantum computing is really going to be both an incredible and lethal threat.” U.S. Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said China is using the gene-editing tool CRISPR (Clustered and Regularly Spaced Short Palindromic Repeats) to modify human embryos to create a new generation of “super soldiers” who can fight harder, longer and more effectively [3] :

“They want them to be the greatest and they also want them to be the strongest, so they are engaging in gene editing – literally trying to change DNA to make soldiers, sailors and airmen stronger and more capable. (…) The message is clear: Beijing wants to dominate the United States and the rest of the planet economically, militarily and technologically. (…) There are no ethical limits to Beijing’s quest for power. (…) China poses the greatest threat to America and the rest of the free world since World War II.” [4]

The People’s Republic of China (PRC) has been collecting people’s DNA for years. [5] China plans to use this information to develop biological weapons to target specific ethnic groups (Whites: US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Jews). [6] They have also found ways to obtain DNA from Americans by buying American companies that have DNA profiles, subsidizing DNA analysis for genealogy companies, and also hacking any organization that has DNA profiles. In 2015, for example, it was discovered that the PRC had hacked Anthem, the second largest insurance company in the United States. [7]

It is clear that this technology will be used in future wars and is already being developed by China. [8] Night vision, super strength, hive minds, mind control, super memory (hypermnesia, hyperthymesia), memory suppression, false memories, DNA encryption, secret spy animals and insects…

Over the course of 20 years at Yale University and the Neurobiological Studies Unit of the National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Dr. Morgan’s neurobiological and forensic research has established him as an international expert on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), eyewitness memory, and human performance under high stress conditions. He is a forensic psychiatrist and has testified as an expert on memory and PTSD before the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague. Dr. Morgan is a subject matter expert in the selection and evaluation of U.S. military special forces and special operations personnel.
