An old man and his Chinese servant are in danager of becoming victims of the ruthless killer, “The Raven.”
The Range Busters go through the motions of the Guinn “Big Boy” Williams film “Big Boy Rides Again.” made in 1935. Ray Corrigan as the main hero, adds little to the film. John King adds a few songs in a decent baritone voice. Ventriloquist Max Terhune, with his dummy Elmer, is the obligatory comic sidekick and also adds a little to the action. Willie Fung – although cast as a typical Chinese cook of that period – has the best role, followed by Jack Mulhall as a lawyer. Lita Conway looks pretty – that’s all the script asks of her – in one of the few films she made.
